Sysware's hardware and software maintenance services are designed to protect our customers multivendor environment during both in-warranty and post-warranty periods.

Our customers IT&C systems must be available to meet the demands of their business, whether for mission-critical applications or budgetary considerations. Sysware offers experienced technicians, an extensive parts network, and flexible service level options designed to meet our customer specific business needs.

Available levels of Sysware Maintenance Services are designed to help customers manage IT costs within the requirements of their business. The service levels (Platinum_Sys, Gold_Sys, Silver_Sys and Bronze_Sys) are those most frequently available and they are subject of annual or multiannual maintenance contracts. They are covering different SLAs (Service Level Agreements), depending of the customers needs and requests (severity levels of the incidents).
