| The primary objective
of the training provided does the full understand of all the different
operations of the system, as well as the maximum utilization of its capacities
and capabilities by the various groups of users.
In this context, the training sessions are developed
and presented in a way that caters for the specific needs and requirements,
as well as the varying educational backgrounds of the users. Usually,
the latter are classified into the two following major categories:
The members of the client's EDP department. Their training
is primarily directed towards their understanding of the system, to
enable them to perform the basic maintenance of the systems.
The users of the systems are usually trained in order to become familiar
with it and thus reduce the costs incurred during the transition period.
Furthermore, they are trained to utilize the facilities and capabilities
of the system to the maximum in order to provide a return on the company's
investment.
